What Should I Bring to Collect My Items?

Before you arrive on site, please ensure that you bring the payment card used to make the purchase as well as your sales order number. When you arrive, head into the ParkerTools shop and let a member of staff know that you are there to collect.

ParkerSteel Site Requirements:

• Hard Hat
• Covered arms and legs
• Hi-vis jacket
• No open-toed footwear
• 10-mile speed limit
• No on-site cutting

Light Goods Vehicle (LGV) Requirements:

• If you are carrying loads on a roof rack, your load must not extend more than 3 metres from the edge of the front seat and 4 metres behind the rear axle.
• Flags, warning panels or lights (white and amber for front and red for rear) must be attached to the ends of a load which overhangs 1 metre.
• The maximum length of your car plus the load must not exceed 12.6m
• The vehicle must be able to be moved safely when loaded.
• Use appropriate strapping to ensure the load is properly secured. It is the drivers responsibility to ensure the load is properly secured and remains stable at all times.
• It is the drivers responsibility to ensure that the vehicle used for transporting materials is suitable for the weight-load.

Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Requirements:

• Once on site, please park in the HGV parking lot and put on your PPE before entering the ParkerTools shop.
