How can I request a return?

You can arrange to return an item(s) by filling in the form below.

Once the form has been submitted, we will contact you to arrange the return of the goods, provided they meet our eligibility criteria.

What are ParkerSteel's return policies?

• Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
• As stated on the delivery documentation, products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The relevant dispatch note number must be quoted in order to process a refund.
• All documentation must be retained by you.
• A handling charge may be incurred for the collection of any goods.
• See section 6 of our Terms & Conditions for further information (specifically paragraph 6.8).

What if my goods are damaged on arrival?

Please contact us within 24 hours so that we can arrange collection and re-dispatch the item(s) for the following day.
