Cancelling Orders

Website and Phone Orders

Orders placed via phone or our website can only be cancelled by contacting a sales agent. Please note, orders cannot be cancelled if they are already in the processing stage. For more information on our sales and cancellation policies, read our Conditions of Purchase.

One-Click Orders

If your order has been placed via One-Click Express Ordering, you can cancel it within 15 minutes of purchase. An email will be sent to your registered email address with a Cancel Order button that will be valid during the 15-minute cancellation period.
