Delivery FAQs

How Can I Track My Delivery?

ParkerSteel's website offers a new delivery tracking service on the Dashboard in your customer account. Select the Orders tab directly under the Dashboard header to view the status of your orders.

If an order has been Despatched, you can track your delivery with the live map on the right of the Orders page which provides the name of your driver, their route and location, along with an updated feed indicating how many stops away your order is.

Will I Receive Updates on My Delivery?

Depending on your selected preferences, you will receive delivery updates by phone or email when your order has been Despatched (left the ParkerSteel site), at the Pre-arrival stage (indicating your driver is close by) and for Proof of Delivery (after the order has been delivered).

What Do I Need to Offload My Delivery?

Please note that ParkerSteel drivers CANNOT assist with offloading a delivery. You are required to have suitable equipment ready to offload the delivery, i.e. forklift, crane, side loader, etc., which is dependent on the size and quantity of the material ordered.
