Invoices FAQs

Where can I find my invoices?

Your invoices are located in the Customer Dashboard under Billing. Filter through invoices by date, type or status or search for a specific invoice using the search bar. Invoices can be downloaded to your device using the Download icon to the right of the document.

Who can view invoices?

Invoices are visible to the account's Key User and users with Admin privileges. User permissions can be updated by the Key User in the Account section of the Customer Dashboard.

Users without Admin privileges will not have access to the Billing tab.
