One-Click Ordering Contract Review Terms of Sale
In addition to our standard terms and conditions of sale please pay particular notice to the following One-Click Contract Review Terms below
1. Order Confirmation
- Please check ALL details on your enquiry to ensure that we have interpreted your requirements correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any errors once the order has been processed.
2. Delivery Access
- Our vehicles do not have Hi-AB cranes fitted.
- If there is any access restrictions please contact us immediately as our material will be delivered by HGV-Rigid or Articulated Vehicle.
- Please ensure you have suitable facilities, equipment and labour for unloading.
- Read our safe metal products delivery plan.
3. Special Products
- Please note that goods that have been specifically purchased for you and are marked SP cannot be cancelled once the goods have been ordered, and are non-returnable.
4. Collections of Goods
- AVehicles collecting materials from our works must be able to carry the goods; we will not load materials onto vehicles that are unsuitable.
- No Goods may be cut on site by customers.
- Collection times are 08:00 - 13:00 & 14:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
- Please ensure you have a hard hat, safety glasses, hi-vis and safety boots with you as this is a requirement for accessing our pickup area.
- Collections are made from the ParkerTools sales counter at the front of the Canterbury site.
- If paying by credit card, the cardholder must be present to confirm payment.
5. Delivery Times
- Delivery Times shown are correct at the time the enquiry is placed, however despatch dates are not guaranteed, given as estimates only, and will be subject to stock availability/leadtime when the order is processed (after 60 minutes).
