Wellbeing Workshop
Inspiring our employees to make healthy lifestyle choices is essential to the positive work environment we have cultivated at ParkerSteel Limited! Last week, we concluded a series of wellness workshops led by Rachel Alexander, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Here are a few highlights from the workshops this week: - Food swap: Finding a healthy alternative for an unhealthy meal or snack - Food labels: What to look for when grocery shopping - Create a personal roadmap for success - Set a clear intention about what you want to change and why - Build a growth mindset: focus on progress not perfection! - Track your habits and behaviours not calories!
