Carbidemax Tungsten Carbide Magnetic Drill Cutter having diameter from 14 mm to 60 mm in 110mm cutting length. Specially designed to fit any standard magnetic drill holder. The carbidemax 110 series will broach up to 110mm thickness of metal, with up to 4x longer life and 15% faster. cut than HSS cutters. Tungsten Carbide is one of the hardest materials used for cutting tools, and capable of drilling through the hardest steels. Suitable for drilling harder materials such as stainless steel, castings and higher grade wear resistant steels. CarbideMax Tungsten Carbide Magnetic Drill cutters are tipped with separately brazed cutting teeth of the highest quality carbide. Designed with an elaborate cutting geometry which results in faster, quieter, easier drilling and chatter free performance. Less Strains because the teeth of the cutter are doing all of the hard work. Furthermore, because the teeth of the cutter are doing all of the hard work, Substantially faster cuts.
