Carbidemax Tungsten Carbide Magnetic Drill CutterDrill from diameter 18mm to 50mm in 80mm cutting length. Specially designed to fit any standard magnetic drill holder. The carbidemax 80 series will broach up to 80mm thickness of metal, with up to 4x longer life and 15 per cent faster cut than HSS cutters. Tungsten Carbide is one of the hardest materials used for cutting tools, and capable of drilling through the hardest steels. CarbideMax Tungsten Carbide Magnetic Drill cutters are tipped with separately brazed cutting teeth of the highest quality carbide. Designed with an elaborate cutting geometry which results in faster, quieter, easier drilling and chatter free performance. Less Strains because the teeth of the cutter are doing all of the hard work. Furthermore, because the teeth of the cutter are doing all of the hard work, Substantially faster cuts. Suitable for drilling harder materials such as stainless steel, castings and higher grade wear resistant steels.
