Product Description

The fixing was specially developed for push-through installation. The sleeve has been added to the design of the S fixing and has proved its worth in millions of applications. With its long shaft, it can be pushed through any type of object or non load-bearing layers of plaster, tiles, insulation and hollow material. The long and closed fixing shape guarantees satisfactory control and optimum corrosion protection of the screw. The stable rim prevents the fixing from slipping further in. As a result, an exact screw-in depth is guaranteed. The additional longitudinal ribs on the nylon sleeve prevent it from turning with the screw, even under the most unfavourable conditions. The fixing sets are pre-assembled, i.e. the screw is already inside the plug fixing. This reduces enormously the amount of time spent on assembly, since the fixing including theof time spent on assembly, since the fixing including theof time spent on assembly, since the fixing including the screw is simply knocked into the drill-hole until the plug edge abuts the item being fastened. The built-in setting lock within the nylon body moreover prevents pre-expansion of the fixing, even with tight drill-holes (e.g. in damp wooden laths). Suitable for: Concrete, lightweight concrete, sand-lime solid bricks, red solid bricks, solid clinker, pumice solid bricks, pumice hollow blocks, solid gypsum, natural stone, etc. For fixing of: Squared timber beams, wooden laths, battens, facade and roof substructures made of wood, metal and plastic, window and door frames, metal profiles, insulants, fireproof doors, panels, claddings, etc.
