Product Description
Non-phenolic, general purpose soluble cutting fluid. For use in a wide range of machining operations, but particularly suitable for use with steel & cast iron components. Good anti-corrosion properties. Short term protection against rusting. Contains highly refined mineral oil, emulsifiers & additives. Not recommended for use with copper alloys. SPECIFICATION: Physical Characteristics. Boiling range: above 100C. Flash point: above 100C. pH (working dilution):10 (2%). Relative density (at 20C):0.895. Water solubility:emulsifiable. Recommended Concentration. Milling, drilling & turning:3-5%. Sawing:3-5%. Reaming, tapping & screwing:8%. Grinding:2-5%. Stability & Reactivity. Will not polymerise. Avoid temperatures above 60C. Avoid strong acids & oxidising. agents.
